All orders are shipped UPS ground. If you need to have your selections shipped overnight, please email us for rates. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

What if You Don’t Like It

Returns are gladly accepted for 15 days less shipping & handling and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Of course the items must be in resalable condition. Software must not have been opened. You must email us for a RMA number.

If there is something wrong with your merchandize (manufacture defect) we will replace it for you. Contact us at A_Sure_Deal@Hotmail.com detailing the problem to receive a RMA, then ship the item post-paid to the address we provide with the RMA written on address label. A replacement will be sent as quickly as possible.
